Immigration Services

Visa Services
As your counsel I can assist you or your company in petitioning and applying to the US Citizen & Immigration Service (USCIS) and US Consulates abroad for work, family, business, religious, training, and all other visa types. Examples include H-1B, L-1A/B, E-1, E-2, EB-5, R-1, H-1, J-1, H-2B, and O-1 work visas as well as Extraordinary Ability and Outstanding Researcher Permanent Residency applications.

Deportation Defense
I provide strong representation in all deportation matters including Immigration Bond Hearings, Notice to Appear Master Calendar Hearings, applications and appeals regarding Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Cancellation of Removal, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and Violence Against Women (VAMA) in front of an Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Court.

601 Hardship Waivers
Am currently assisting multiple clients with these hardship waivers which must be filed for almost any individual who has been in the US illegally for longer than 6 months or one year and who wants to apply for US Permanent Residency (Green Card).  Such individuals are subject to a 3 year or 10 year bar on returning to the US and must file a 601 Waiver with evidence proving their sponsoring US citizen spouse or parent will suffer extreme hardship if the individual is not allowed to return to the US.  The law regarding this process may change this year, please see my 601 Waiver page for more information.

Criminal Matters
My services also include providing co-counsel support and advice for your criminal attorney in any and all criminal matters to minimize immigration collateral issues. Be aware that simply pleading guilty to a seemingly inconsequential criminal charge to avoid jail time or fines can have the ultimate effect of destroying you and your family's dreams of becoming US Permanent Residents or Citizens.

Foreign Investors for US Business Development
US Immigration Law a percentage of immigrant visas per year for foreign investors who invest money in US businesses that spurn US job growth (EB-5 Investor Program).  Local business communities can develop cooperative plans to attract EB-5 investors and foreign capital to spurn US growth and job creation. Known as EB-5 Regional Centers, these US business partnerships are finding the capital they need to develop the types of locally supported growth needed for the US economy.

Client Services
I strive to provide you with the best possible legal support, advice and representation while also providing you excellent value for my legal services. You work with me, your attorney, directly; not through a paralegal, secretary or immigration consultant. Serving clients locally and globally.
